Service Details

• Project Management: ESA's broad range of experience allows us to manage projects of varying size and scope. With our knowledge and ability to facilitate communications, we can take any project from inception to successful completion.


• Task Force Management: ESA promotes a team approach with our customers. By forming a task force working with several of our customer's key staff members, we gain a better understanding of our customer's needs and we are able to educate and empower our customers throughout the process.


• Commissioning: ESA offers commissioning services to verify the proper installation, function, and programming of building automation and mechanical systems upon project completion and/or before warranty expiration. We also perform re-commissioning to identify operational issues and deficiencies in existing facilities.


• Utility Tracking: ESA regularly analyzes utility billings as both a measure of performance and as a tool to identify inefficiencies. Also, our understanding of tariffs and billing structures allows us to verify the accuracy of your billings and to provide creative solutions to minimize your expenses.
